Tibetan Buddhism constitutes one of the three branches of Buddhism and has been disseminated to a vast area including Tibet, Sichuan, Qinghai Gansu, Yuannan, Inner Mongolia and Xinjiang. Owing to historical reasons, almost all the Tibetan and Mongolian people are its followers and a lot of other minority ethnic groups like the Yugu, Menba, Tu and Qing people also believe in Tibetan Buddhism.
